I am 51 and am fighting to get back to where I was about 3 years ago. I was able to lose weight rather easily even in my late 40's but in the past year or so it has crept back on. Add on to that a recent cryptogenic stroke that has sapped my energy and I feel like I am fighting a losing battle. I'm starting to log my foods…
