I've lost 14.6 lbs since 3./19 cutting out refined sugar, processed food and dairy....now slowly adding dairy back in (moderately) and occasionally a treat. For me it's all about eating LOTS of veggies and as little (natural) sugar as possible. Good luck to…

  • Frozen banana is key - it seems to mask the chalkiness of the powder.
  • Thanks for taking the time to post Brian but your opinion is not what I'm looking for.....best of luck to you and however you take your journey but this is how mine starts.
  • I'm connecting to what alot of you are saying about "carrying" your weight well...I am the same. If you look at me, I have been plus size my entire life but no one would EVER guess what I weigh......on the flip side, I have a friend a few inches taller…
  • I am not being overly strict with my food tracker...I do log everything but for me it's more about a visual to keep me accountable as I try to eat healthier! I know that if I completely cut something out will just sabotage myself. It's better to follow moderation!
  • I've been using coconut oil...available in most "healthy" food stores. I have it in solid form and also a spray similar to PAM. Apparently there's an acid in it that's very beneficial in many ways. I also love the taste when sauteing chicken:)
