Anyone else using Standard Process Purification for a jumpst

Hi all!

I certainly never thought I'd cut out refined sugar, processed food AND dairy cold turkey but I did this past Monday (3/19). The goal was to prep my body, and myself, for my first ever 21 day cleanse/detox. As a sugar addict, I was concerned about headaches and such. Actually haven't had a single one! I guess all the natural sugar from fruit is helping me win that battle.

So I started using the SP products on 3/23.....the whole "mixology" of the replacement shakes has been a challenge but now I have it down! And I'm actually enjoying them!! Between the shakes, fruit, veggies and brown rice, I am very satisfied.

Here's my issue: the shakes are so filling (I use lots of frozen fruit and extra protein powder) I tend to skip one meal a day of solid food, if you will. Anyone else finding that to be true???

Would love to connect with anyone using SP!

    Thanks for taking the time to post Brian but your opinion is not what I'm looking for.....best of luck to you and however you take your journey but this is how mine starts.
