    Agree with what most folks are saying - making the decision to live a healthier life is the HUGE first step. Find the way that works for you....we're not all the same. I am in the same boat as you......so tired of being in this body and taking the steps to change it:) I just cut out refined sugar, processed food and dairy 5 days ago and have already lost 6 pounds:) Not that I will do this forever, but it feels like I'm retraining my body/food cravings.

    YouI made the first step its not easy but it makes you feel so good when you do. Lil by lil and you will notice the change if you dramatic you will fall back into old habbits. This app is one of the best things I've done. I've been using it for two weeks and have lost a week and a half and have lost 3lbs. Good luck to you u can do it
