be careful ppl will tell you to eat back calories but it doesnt work for everyone ,ive found i put weight on if i do that ,so just try both ways to see which suits your body :smile:

hi yes they do go away , i had them for a while when i started walking to work ,its because your muscles have gone from cold to exercising ,you need to warm up more and make sure your fully stretched and your muscles warm before exercising ,also if your going straight into running this will also cause this try doing some…

hi looking at the market now id say xbox kinect ,you dont have to have remote in your hand which is a plus when exercising :smile:

try some fun exercising ,like going on the Wii doing tennis ,bowling or hula hooping ,ive found this tends to help me because like you i get the same feeling ,oh ive got to do the exercising again ,but if i dont do something i feel really bad ,so try this to see if this helps you :happy:

ive been the same ,its really getting me down ,im keeping track of calories b ut just cant seem to get back into my exercising 5 times a week ,and the thing is im away again next weekend for a week hopefully i will get some swiming in to motivate me back into it ,ive lost the weight ive put on from last holiday before i go…

you will slow down with your weight ,its just your body adjusting to your weight loss ,it will start to move again ,are you eating more than your 1200 cals though because you need to eat back your calories burned also? :smile:

i agree with peoples comments ,i dont have cheat days i incorp food if i fancy it ,but i must admit i dont feel like im dieting in MFP i calorie count there is a difference ,which means yes you can have what you want has long has its within your calorie allowance ,im not saying go and have doughnuts or chocolate or fast…

if youve got a Wii buy the zumba ive been doing this two to three times a week and once youve bought it it wont cost you anything then for classes ,ive found i can burn at least 400 to 500 cals in a 40 min session doing this ,plus you can do it when its convient to yourself.:smile:

i do just calories not the net because when i did net i ended up putting weight on :smile:

hi i tend to eat around the 1200 cals a day ,reason being as you lose weight your calorie intake will also drop so my logic thinking is why eat the calories back youve exercised off the idea is to lose the weight not eat it back.I also tried making my net calories upto 1200 calories and i ended up putting weight back on…

no i often find i cant eat after a workout ,i try and do my exercising before dinner but i sometimes struggle to eat ,may be try eating something half hour before you exercise like a banana thats got high energy release.:smile:

i have done my own to and they are fairly short ,i also do my toes nails they look great when they are done saves messing around changing colours to match outfits on holiday :smile:

it does depend on your face shape ,but they also say women has they get older should go shorter because it makes you look younger ,i had longer hair a year ago but find now ive gone shorter i feel younger ,felt it made me feel mumsy with it longer .hope this might help :smile:

are you eating enough above 1200 cals a day? ,weighed yourself at same time of day on same day of the week? these could be just a few things that you could be doing wrong but cant look at your diary to see if theres something wrong with what your eating . you need to eat more when your exercising your body needs fuel.…

hi i totally agree with what you say ,i also log in my foods every morning for the all day and my exercise for the day and upto now it has worked ,ive stuck to it each day ,plus i know exactly what im eating before ive eaten it plus can alter if calories are to high before eating .:smile:
