Welcome back ! I gained 5, and just NOW lost them back! Good grief!

Congrats! I am on my 9th year of maintenance, and I STILL have to log my food and exercise. Well, I don't have to, I want to. I was plagued by nearly 15 pounds that snuck back on my after year 6, but I have been able to finally lose those this past year too. It's for life! You can absolutely do it!

I kept the majority of my weight off for 6 years, but 3 years ago I gained 15 back ( lost 60 originally). I've lost and gained that 15 pounds at least 3 times. I went back on NS in April, and currently I am 3 pounds under my goal. It's crazy, but what works best for me is to be very strict with food and exercise Monday -…

I am so happy to see this post! I love all the carbs you mentioned...except I have tried the Quinoa. I will have to get some!

I burned 521 calories when i went out, but MFP only gave me 331 extra calories because I was in the negative when i started. I don't like to eat the extra either...I try to stay under my original daily goal.

It's easy to do it on your own. Just keep logging your food, drinking your water, and exercising. Read labels before buying something that claims to be healthy. Eat whole grains, lean meats, non-starchy vegetables, and healthy fats. Make sure your snacks are things like Greek yogurt or fresh fruit or nuts. Continue to…

I just took a hand vac and vacuumed and scrubbed every baseboard in the house. Then I cleaned all the windows. I took all the food out of the pantry and washed all the shelves. I swept and mopped all the rooms with hardwood. I scrubbed walls and doors. Something is definitely going on!

how do you get the side by side pics?

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! 164!!!! 164!!!!! Somebody wake me up.

Wish there was a "like" button! These are great

I know what you mean about travel. I did gain a couple on my beach trip, but quickly got it back off. Sunday I am leaving for California for a week to stay with my daughter and grandchildren. I will have little control over what she chooses for food and such, but I'm gonna do my best not to gain.

Congratulations!!!! I met my goal in 2009 and have been relatively successful at keeping 90% of it off! You can do it!

I'm cancelled my auto ship of NS this month. For me, NS helps me get my focus back, but I never do it more than a few months. I've made it to 165, and I'm okay with that. When I look in the mirror, instead of being critical, I say thanks to God for my body...all of it. Self acceptance is easier when I'm making good choices…

Sorry, I am just now getting back on here. To let go and let God sounds so easy, but I agree, it's a struggle. Some days we will be more successful than others. To me, in order to be even partially successful with it, I have to have a constant line of communication going between me and Him. I will lay something down and…

Okay, I will do that. So she should go to "find members" and put in rlhealey?

Looks like you lost at least a decade! This is great! Congrats

That sounds awesome

Yes, I have used spinach before! Can't taste it at all!
-
I am glad it helped, Fionna. We are all in this together!

They make excellent tubs for cleaning up yard trash. Lightweight.

Awesome! I like to add dry Hershey's cocoa to shakes sometimes and even a little brewed coffee. I can't wait to get this! I canceled the shakes with NS. Saved me over $50 on my order.

Congrats!!!!

I clicked on FIND STORE and see they sell it in Panama City, and I will be going there next week to spend a few days on the beach. I am going to get some, I think. It is cheaper that NS shakes.
-
It is on Amazon. 36.99 for a 2 pound bottle. How many scoops does it take to make one shake?
-
I am finally dropping. I cut out most of the smart carbs. I do eat green veggies and fruit in my protein shake every other day or so. I cut back on the coffee and drink more water through the day instead. It's odd. It took me a month to lose ONE pound, and now I have lost 3 more in 2 weeks. I must have been losing all…

Where can you buyt Quest?

You are so right! I am glad I did not give up and just surrendered.... 166 today.

The frozen is more, but to me it's worth it! The only ready-to-go that I really like is the lasagna and the ravioli. I don't like the frozen desserts as much. Even though the are very good, they are too small. I like the candy bar type desserts or the chocolate covered pretzels.

I put PB2 in it, or frozen strawberries or blueberries. I use crushed ice to make it like a frosty
