  • I have the Garmin Edge 200. If you go into settings on your Garmin and switch auto pause on that will sort your time and speed for you :)

  • I get this after 10 or so miles and have learnt that if I take my hands off the bars for 30 secs at a time it improves! Also changing position on my bars really helps x
  • The only thing I meet round here are tankers or tractors!!!! They have got to know me now and actually slow down or even pull in and stop!!!!! Maybe I am scary or something? lol x If someone rides too close to me then I use language or a couple of fingers :laugh:

  • I first tried a road bike 2 months ago which was my husbands and I only rode 3 miles as I felt like my hands were going to drop off the front of the hubs!! I now have my own road bike with the bars higher and love it :) He has his tilted down to much(for me anyway) Good luck x
