  • hey i am right now transitioning. and i eat meat now when i like it witch is a couple times a week. almost every time i ate meat (more than 70 grms ) i felt really sick for a couple of hours. so i am trying to take it more slow. but i love all the new tastes and textures!

  • Same problem!! I just avoid all the sports that include jumping/running etc. so i go cycle or zumba or kickboxing, but not running and all kind of weird workouts with a lot of jumping. no ballsports too :(

  • hey i really do the comfort eating a lot too. I mean, i often feel like a cow: just eating all the time. I just make sure that what i eat is really lowcal so i can do it whitin my diet. So i love to eat: fruit! esspecially watermelon or frozen watermelon (yum) tictacs carrots cucumbers chewing gum. hope it helps you! :)
  • I think the opposite! i think you should tell here that she hurts you. If she loves you more or less she would not want to hurt you and will try to stop it. Or ask her why she makes this comment? I actually think it is very weird that she does it. so you should talk about it. (but i am lucky with a supersupportive partner)

  • So this passover was pretty hard! ate a lot of matzah and way to much chremzelish and stuff. And also did not feel full as easily as with bread so i ate a lot. But whatever! I did not gain weight so thats pretty okay for passover! now going further with the normal eating/losing weight :) enjoy the chometz!
  • Hey, I eat kosher by eating most of the time vegetarian (because i live as a student and have a really small kitchen so no place for both meat and diary. ) When I'm at my moms or other jews who keep kosher I do eat meat. I think my diary is open when you add me. (not totaly sure about that)
