Anyone else having difficulties with Kosher for Passover?

I'm a conservative Jew. And Passover is really taking it out of me. I'm in college, so maybe it is just my situation, but I've been having a hard time eating healthily and maintaining the proper eating habits. Any tips?

Yes I had a hard time too: trying to eat healthy, studying for my tests just after Pesach and being a lot of time with my family who eat really a lot fat stuff! So I ate everyday of Passover way above my callorie-goal. But I guess it is already an achievement to NOT gain weight with passover ;)

My English is pretty bad as you maybe noticed (I am from the Netherlands). I did not fully understand what is your problem. Did you say that passover was hard for you? (thats how i understood it, and yes it was hard for me too). Or are you saying that because of passover you lost your motivation to go on with eating healthy after passover?

In the meanwhile: succes with eating healthy and enjoy the bread!

    Redstu Yidish?

I'm just having a hard time eating healthy and finding food- do you live on campus or at home? I only have food from my school, and there aren't many options. And I'm worried I'll be eating crap tomorrow when I can :/

    I miss cake...

I saw this post looking for other kosher members.
I find that the machine (square) shmura matza is higher in fiber than regular.
Eggplant is a great substitute for a lot of things on pesach. Slice them, salt them and broil them for a few minutes in the over to get rid of the bitterness.
