Oh, something else that isn't really a quirk but that I've learned to eat on my own as it seems to gross people out... I got this food combo from my dad when he was younger and all he could afford was rice when he went out.... White rice and ketsup mixed together.

THIS! I've had to make up a polite reason to leave the room sometimes if a certain friend is around. Took some research but I have found the least noisy food for them and make that when they come over. Luckily they really like it so think it's done as a treat for them (which it is, but the sound thing is a BIG bonus)

LOL - I'm ALWAYS craving chinese food... only my cravings are for chicken chow mein, fried rice, crispy shredded beef and sweet and sour pork.... oh, and spring rolls!!! I let myself have it once every quarter and exercise like mad to burn off the calories. I forgive myself the micros as it's a special treat.

I make private notes on mine and they are just for me. Also, I had a few people be very judgemental about things which is not why I am on here. I don't need somebody else to hold me accountable, I can do it myself. It does not mean I am not holding myself accountable for my food choices or tracking everything (good or bad).

I eat things a bit at a time.... so carrots, then broccoli, then potato, then mushrooms, then meat.
