Hi, I am new to this challenge. I have lost weight and gained almost all of it back. I am hoping to get rid of it and keep it off for good this time. Looking forward to Getting started and getting healthy.

i am 5'5 and 139 lbs and people have said i look skinny. i have lost 25 lbs so feel better but would like everything to be tighter and then i might feel skinny. for me it is not about the weight but how i look. Still working on it!!

cheat day is total junk food, but then i notice that i pay for it the next day or two. So cheat days are getting less and less for me.

I totally agree, we all need those days where we eat what we crave but in moderation. i had a burger yesterday and yesit is like others have said, it wasn't as good as i last remembered. i hope it does get easier because some days are really tough for me still.

yes, i am also curious about this? does this also pertain to when some days you go over calories and then other days are under? is that called zig zagging and does this work??

I wonder if it could be muscle? i have always been told that muscle weighs more than fat so i am sure that is part of it.

I have also just started using the 30 day shred and use it every third day, i run or walk and do other exercise on the days off of the shred. i do no think i could have done it daily in the beginning.
