You can take food and drinks into the parks. So pack some healthy snacks, water and Mio/Crystal Light in your backpack. That way you save money and have control of your food choices.

Hello! I am going through the process now to get VSG. I have 11lbs. to lose until I reach my goal weight prior to surgery as given to me by my Dr. I look forward to reading through the posts here and learning from those of you who have already been sleeved. My family is a proud Juice Plus+ family as well. Its just whole fruits & vegetables in a capsule or gummie. It is a little pricey but in the long run saves you money at the Dr. office and from not being sick and having to take time off of work. We swear by it!
