  • I heard that exercise machine are not accurate with calories counting since their are average calculation same with MFA. not sure is it is true. Do a search on google, there are various laboratory studies for this. Calories depend on Age, weight and HR. you may want to buy a HR monitor.
  • I only use it to replace my dinner after weight lifting and if I feel lazy and dont want cook. :-)
