I find any more than a small scoop and my stomach is upset. I'm also one of these people who gets sick from stevia, splenda, equal...any artificial sweetener really, so I always assumed that was the issue.

Sometimes you need to be really blunt with people. As I mentioned in my earlier comment, I dealt with similar remarks and I've had to really put my foot down. "My weight, my body and/or my eating habits are not open for discussion. I'm an adult, I've made my decision and I'm asking you to respect that if you'd like to…

Have you updated your calorie goal though? Changing your weight won't automatically adjust it. Something to look into... But yeah, as the others said, too early to worry. Especially with such a substantial loss in the past 6/7 weeks.

You might have worded this poorly (in terms of what you were trying to express), but I think I get your point. The more I lose, the more obnoxious the comments. "I wouldn't lose any more", "You're already so skinny", "Don't become anorexic" (I'm a perfectly normal weight, mind you) it seems unending some days. I often find…

It happens to me too! I also weigh daily and track using Libra, but Saturday is always my lightest day. Then I'll hover around that weight all week until Saturday rolls around again, when almost without exception, I see another drop. This has been going on about 2 months now

^ yep. I'm 5'8 and 136 and would for sure gain on 2,000 calories without exercise to bring my net down!
-
I am so bookmarking this.
-
No, you'll have to adjust it manually as you lose. I would suggest recalculating after 15

This is downright blasphemous around here lol, but I hate peanut butter, yet enjoy PB2. Especially when used in things, as mentioned above! I've never used it as a spread, but I imagine it would be good in crepes

I know this is true, but sometimes I need a reminder and today was one of those days! I went back to crossfit last week and I've been up 3 lbs all week, which has been driving me crazy!! So thank you for posting this :)

I'm about 4 years too late, but I hate when people make remarks like this. If someone is able to purchase nicer, more quality items, there's a fair chance luck doesn't have a thing to do with it. I imagine they, like me, worked for it. I didn't get "lucky", (no silver spoon for me), but I have worked my *kitten* off so…

Yess! I'm so glad someone else experiences this.

In case anyone noticed and was curious...I removed my pictures because a co-worker stumbled across this thread :/ Not the type of conversation I want to be having in the workplace!
-
Holy *kitten* @sunflowerhippi! That is seriously impressive
-
That's the impression I'm getting! There's a ton of universities in my general area, so I'm sure I can find one. Thanks for the input

Seems like you've got all the answers already, so good luck to you.

I know it's hard, but it is doable. I'm in a similar position: I work 50+ hours a week, am also in school, have a dog, and since my bf is out of state for work (has been for a year) there isn't anyone to help with the day to day household tasks. I still make it to crossfit 5 times a week. Yes it often means sacrificing…

Lol that's fair!

It's a joke news site lol, but would be nuts if it were true!
-
Thank you @FreyasRebirth I'll check that out. Just went through the rest of the thread and have to say back at ya, @Gimsteinn1! Wow, what a transformation!
-
Thank you @Gimsteinn1 ! I think I'm going to spring for a real test so I have an idea what I'm actually working with.

I vote for pizza!

It's not a matter of opinion. The CICO equation applies to everyone. If you lose faster from eating more, then you were either eating more than you thought before, or you increased your calories out. Scientifically, barring a medical condition, there is no other way.
-
I didn't see this before, so I'm a little late lol but mine is a dachshund mix! They're definitely barkers and burrowers!
-
I'm having the same problem. Foods I use all the time have just disappeared suddenly. Also, as @RuNaRoUnDaFiEld mentioned, my home page is showing posts from Friday afternoon and not recent.

^ This. Small waist and curvy hips/butt? Awesome. Saddlebags poking out beneath said hips? Not so much :'(
-
Oh to wear a pencil skirt! I swear I look 20 pounds heavier in one. Definitely A-line for the win!!
-
You just pretty much described my body. I'm also 5'8, currently 139 lbs, tiny waist, flat stomach and mother*&%$ing saddlebags that won't quit. I don't say that to discourage you, I just wish my expectations had been more realistic from the get go. I'll likely always have a big butt and saddlebags. They're a lot smaller…

Unfortunately the pizza I want is from a local place that averages about 400 a slice for the smallest size and frankly if I can't have ranch with the crust, I don't want it. So we're talking about 1,000 calories for just two slices, which is never enough. With only a 1,400 calorie budget, it just isn't worth it to me,…
