You look like a new person! Amazing :)

It made me go crazy when I used to weigh myself everyday. So many changes can happen in a day as your weight tends to fluctuate. Some days were good, some days were bad. I decided to weigh myself every two weeks instead, and I saw much more progress and felt less stressed throughout the weeks.

I always seemed to be the opposite when I'm stressed. I tend to eat less because with school work the last thing on my mind is food. I also found it hard to find the time to workout, but there are plenty of exercises one can do under 20 minutes. Anyway, I'm done school now, my finals were two weeks ago, but these…

That's amazing, and cute too :)

I heard this method requires you to NOT eat fruit... is that true?
-
Oh my that first picture got me a little scared :P But you look great now! :)

Two weeks? I thought I had it bad. The most I can go without pooping is 4-5 days max. And it's weird because I do drink lots of fluids and eat lots of fibre!

I feel like it really is subjective and people with the same height and weight don't always necessarily look the same in the end. Set a realistic goal for yourself and once you reach that goal, see if there are improvements you wish to make. I'm at the height as you and was the same weight, but I wasn't happy with my body…

Being able to wear a bikini in the summer without having to worry with whats hanging out :/

I see a difference! Your stomach is much more toned now than it was before.

I heard that too, that in the morning is your true body weight. Not sure either.

I couldn't agree more! I used to be one of those people who would get unmotivated if I gained a pound or only lost a little. But now that I've changed my attitude, I'm feeling much more motivated to get fit rather than lose weight. I rarely weigh myself now, instead I get happy when I can see and feel the changes in my…

9 pounds lost in one week? What's your secret?
-
Couldn't do day 4 yesterday, so busy with exams! Doing day 4 today though!

I gave up junk food like candy, chips, pop, etc. In the first week in, I already forgot about it and didn't realize when I had purchased a root beer. I'm trying to do better though! Haven't had pop in a while..

I smoked for two years and three weeks ago I quit! It was surprisingly easy, I did not have any massive cravings. Now I feel good when I can run a mile without feeling like I'm going to die.

Great job :) Keep at it girl!

How about sweet potato chips. yum

I knew I had to get fit and healthy (rather than just lose weight) when I couldn't even get up 3 flights of stairs without feeling like my lungs were going to collapse!
-
Just finished Day 3 of Level 1! I can actually go through the whole routine without taking a break now :)

People ask me that as well. It's quite easy to make a habit of it. I rarely even realize that I am drinking so much. The only downside is that I can't get through one hour lectures at school without having the feeling of needing to go the washroom!
