    I don't have a recipe, but I do have a reccomendation...Garlic Rice Crisps (World Table brand). You can get them at Wal-Mart. You get 30 crisps a serving for 120 (I think) calories and very reasonable sodium. And they are gooooood!

    you can probably just slice them very very thin and bake them in the oven with some seasoning.
  • The Kellogg's Cracker Chips are excellent!!

    I usually eat Lightly salted Potatoes chips by Lays. They are much healthier than you average potatoes chips

    Pop chips! So many flavors... I'm also a fan of Kettle brand baked chips when I have a craving, they actually taste like real potato unlike others!

    Every time I've attempted home made chips it's never the result I'm looking for...someone must have some kind of trick to getting them crispy enough?

    Low-fat recipe to make chips at home...

    * 700 g potatoes
    * 1 3/4 pints meat stock or 1 3/4 pints vegetable stock
    * 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

    Directions:

    Total Time: 30 mins

    1. 1 Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees.
    2. 2 Cut the potatoes into thick chips.
    3. 3 Heat the stock in a large pan,when boiling,plunge the potatoes into it and cook approx 5 mins or until just tender.
    4. 4 Drain the potatoes and cool slightly-reserve the stock for making chips on another day!
    5. 5 Put the oil in a large ziplock bag and carefully toss the chips in it-at this point you can freeze them for use another day.
    6. 6 Transfer the chips to a non-stick baking tray and bake for approx 15 mins,turning them once or twice, until golden and crisp (if cooking from frozen allow a little longer!).
    7. 7 Sprinkle with paprika or if you're like me and can't live without it some spicy chicken salt.

    Look up Baked Kale Chips. They are delicious. Essentially you toss Kale leaves in olive oil and a little salt (can add other spices too), then bake them in an oven on a cookie sheet until crisp. Makes a great salty chip-like snack without the carbs.

    Trader Joes has some sweet potato chips and vegetable chips that are good. If you have one in your area.
