I am telling you, it works. Timothy Ferriss has it right and I am living proof it works!

I am sticking with it until I hit 165lbs. Will be starting a hardcore kettlebell workout to build more lean muscle.

    I heard this method requires you to NOT eat fruit... is that true?

    yes. on your free day, you eat whatever the f you want as much as you want but a big part of the plan is regulating your body's insulin response and that means no simple sugar like fruit.
  • I eat half a lemon every morning, but yes that is the only fruit I have except on my guilt free day. Then I eat my weight in apples and oranges!
