Thank you so much for replying. I am eating low fat, low carbs NOT no fat and no carbs. After I fully recovered from influenza I have felt fine and am losing weight at a consistent slow pace. I also have had more energy. I think increasing carbs so much threw off my blood sugar levels. I am also careful to eat my excercise…

For me eating high lean protein, low carbs and low fat is the absolute key to feeling good, not starving and losing weight. I also add healthy veggies and a little fruit. It's a long term way to live, eat and be healthy. Exercise has also been very helpful.
