Yes. I measure and scan barcodes I try to log everything before I even eat it, so I don’t forget. I lost about 7 pounds, and for some reason they are creeping back on. I think once I realized I was over on the Fitbit app, I started eating less calories, and that may be messing me up? Is that possible?

Yes. I don’t manually enter any exercise. It just syncs to my phone during the day. Ok. Thanks I will aim for MFP plus 50% of exercise calories.

Synced

Yikes! I didn’t know that! I heard they were pretty accurate. Thanks for the info. I will try that! Fingers crossed!

Levels dropped from 1000 to 200. They think it already happened. What is strange to me is that when I was at the hospital they checked my cervix twice over 8 hours and both times it was closed. Back again tomorrow for more blood work.
-
Thanks Marie. That is so weird that they never figured out why. That is where I am right now. Fingers crossed for good news today.

Thanks all. I started bleeding the other day. I had worked out pretty well the night before. I did a 20 minute HIIT and another 15 minutes of abs. I went to the ER that night thinking I was having a miscarriage. They did Sono and blood work. Found no signs of an ectopic pregnancy. They saw a sac, and my cervix was closed.…

What is your EDD?

That's what I was thinking. Thanks for the reassurance.

Thanks ladies! I ran up until the day before my first was born, so I am thinking it maybe okay since I have already been doing it, but I will definitely as at my first appointment.
-
Thank you. I like to see how what I eat, and what I do affects my weight loss. I guess I am just trying to figure out what works best for me. I do see a trend over a week, so I am happy that I made progress, but I just want to see more than a pound loss over the course of a month. I am hoping in the next 2 weeks I can lose…
-
Thanks Cheryl. I only want to lose 15 pounds, so that may be the problem too.

Thank you Frances. It just gets so frustrating. I try to figure out that one food that does it to me, and there is no rhyme or reason. I had ravioli for dinner last night and I am down today, yet, one piece of hero puts me up? Go figure. Lol.

I started with weightgrapher.com and between yesterday and today I am already down a few ounces. I know it's not much, but it makes me happy. Once I see the results (however slight) I am more apt to stay on track. I have been logging all week. It's been a crazy busy, week, and I may have not made the best choices food wise…

@PAV8888 , I don't have a "fancy" scale. Just a plain old digital. I don't think these websites will work for that. Correct?
-
@PAV8888 I don't have a fitbit anymore. It broke. Is there any website I can track my weight in daily?
-
Thank you cmriverside! This helps a lot!

Thanks all. It is all so confusing. Yes, the 1500 was set manually based on other ways I was trying to lose weight. Alas, nothing has worked. Something starts to work, I lose 2 or 3 pounds and then by the end of the week, I am right back where I started. :( I was always under the impression of eat less, move more...but…

These are my new fitness pal goals... 1,440 calories 180 carbs 48 fat 72protein I started this workout about a week ago. https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/2-week-training-schedule-to-lose-fat-and-gain-muscle.html If I log all food and follow this routine, how long will it take (roughly) to lose 15 pounds?
-
Yes, I did ready the post. Thank you. I used this calculator http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/CalRequire.html I just changed my Fitness Pal settings as per your info. I went down to .5 pound loss per week. (I had it set a 2 lbs a week). It took my calories from 1500 to about 1440.
-
I am a little confused by this. According to the calculator here, my total calories are over 2300. Can that be right? 1305 BMR (Calories) 1088 Activity (Calories) 2393 Total Calories
-
So I need to eat MORE than 1500 calories when I work out? How much more? I am lucky if I am hitting the 1500 on a regular basis. Would that cause me not to lose weight?
-
I meant 35% carb, 35% fat and 30% protein. I misread it.

1,500 calories 131 carbs 58 fat 113 protein
