MFP not accurate with Fitbit
The last two days I have done near 10,000 steps and no matter what I try I can’t get MFP to update accurate step count. Says I only took 8 steps today. Anyone else having the same problem? How can I fix it?

Lean Body Mass vs. Muscle Mass
Can someone explain the difference to me? Both have increased over the past month, but my weight is all over from week to week. I have lost half an inch in my waist and half an inch in my thighs though. I am getting frustrated that the scale is not moving. Am I doing something wrong?

Can anyone help me? Calorie question...
My Fitbit says I burned 1706 calories so far today. MFP gives me a goal of 1430 plus 577 from exercise. Do I strive for the 1706? Less than that? More than that? I feel like the two are confusing. MFP always says I am under, where Fitbit always says I am over. The scale is creeping up...what am I doing wrong?

Fitbit vs. MFP
Can anyone tell me why Fitbit is telling me I am over by 142 calories when MFP says I have 700 remaining? I log everything into MFP. Do I need to change a setting in Fitbit? The numbers were slowly moving down on the scale until yesterday. Not sure which app is right now. Does anyone else have this problem?

Can someone please tell me where to find it? I am new to iPhone and I just downloaded the app. I thought it said it has a nutritional label scanner, but I can seem to find it. Do you have to have the premium app for that?

I was just cleaning out a cabinet, and I found two individual packets of EAS 100% Whey Protein Powder. The are the single size packets. The expiration date on them is "Best by April 2017". Can I still use them if they are not opened? Or do I need to chuck them?

What is most important...calories or macros?
When trying to lose weight is it more important to keep your calories low, or your macros? I just logged what I ate so far for the day, and my orange juice already put me over my sugar limit for the day. If I stay under my calories for the day, even if my macros are above the limits I set, will I still lose weight?

Question about TDEE
I just figured my TDEE on a website. It says my BMP is 1247, and my TDEE is 2198. In order to lose weight, do I have to subtract 500 from the 2198? So I should be eating 1698 to lose a pound a week? Is that how it works?

I got a Fitbit HR last month. In the first week using it I lost two pounds. Since then I have slowly been gaining, and now I am up almost 5 pounds. I just checked my setting again, and it says my daily burn is 2175. I have been eating between 1200 and 1500 calories a day. What am I doing wrong? Is their info not accurate?
