Question about workouts

I am looking to start a gym routine. I can't remember my old routine from years back, but it was great. I lost 15 lbs in 2 months and gained muscle, and was so happy with the results. It is now more than 10 years later, and I am trying to get my body back after baby. I found these online

My question is, if I am trying to lose 20 lbs and tone up again, which would be best to follow? Thanks in advance.

Good for deciding to start back on a healthy lifestyle.
First and foremost, remember that all weight loss begins in the kitchen. After you have taken care of business there and are eating at deficit for your daily activity level, then choose an exercise programs you enjoy.
I see no problem with following the program you have chosen. Start at the beginning level for a few weeks to see how you and your body react to being active again to gauge your current strength level as well as perfecting your form for each exercise again. If after doing the beginning level for awhile and things seem way to light and your form is good, then move up. Don't rush into upping to the next level because you might invite injury and that would set you back.
