haha o the wonderful symptom of getting healthier! like whats been mentioned, water before a meal, eat every 2-3hrs, try buying whey powder and making smoothies (plain is better no sugars due to flavouring). good luck!!!!

soy protein powder is good and if your super adventurous the Vega whole food protein powder. I recently bought the genuine health vanilla beans protein bars, 7g of fat, 14g of protein and only 190cal. they actually fill me up!

throw some semisweet chocolate into your protein smoothie, cut out diary and carbs 7-10 days before to decrease cravings, and take calcium magnesium supplements...not sure if you get pain but it helps with both!

I agree with whats been already shared. Talk to your doctor, hitting the gym can be tough somedays but underneath that lack of motivation should be excitement on improving your overall health. Keep at er!

My weight fluctuates A LOT its ridiculous. My goal is to lose 15 total, as of this evening havent lost any...im telling myself ive gained muscle.... I would appreciate any friends for motivation and tips and anything! Thanks guys!

Yep done a year now and finally chose a program! Drink a tonne of water, and like whats been mentioned play in intermurals at lunch time! Buy groceries if you can, lean lunch meat from the grocery store keeps well. Feel free to add me, I could use all the motivation I can get!

I've done spin classes...can't do them too often. I am mainly bored with cardio days, I will sometimes pop in a p90x cardio vid the odd time but I can only listen to Tony for so long. Mainly my workouts are alone. Is there an HIIT guide somewhere? I am just unsure as to how long to do the high intensity intervals. Thanks…

Diet is MAJOR, once you got a good healthy balanced diet down then worry about amount of exercise. As far as exercise just do it, no matter how "tired" or "sick" you may feel, you wont regret getting out and sweating later on! Best of luck, stick with it!
