A lot of exercise blogs and accounts similar to MFP (just more indepth by giving you workouts etc), use a lot of supplements. No tjust protein powder, but energy boosters and I dont even know what all.
How do we feel about this? I personally am not looking to become a body builder of any sort, so is this necessary to be spending $80 on powders? Or are they actually beneficial?

Yes, they are. Disclaimer: if your diet and training is sub adequate then these will do nothing.
I work for a supplement company (a damn good one at that) but will be the first to tell you taking a "fat burner" does not mean you can go and eat cheesecake.
If you really want to supplement, start with the basics:
BCAA's, creatine monohydrate, omage fatty acids.
These should be there anyway.
Supplementation is meant to supplement diet and training. They are not magic pills.0 -
Okay, good to know. Could you either post or msg links for cheap sites that sell these? I don't even know where to start/ Thanks so much!0
