  • I love the motivation from my HRM! If I have been at the gym and burned 460 calories, I keep going and get it to 500. I always try to see what I can push myself to. 1300+ burned yesterday.... I would not have done it without the Polar. Best investments in my path to health: good running shoes, HRM and a gym membership!

  • I can't stand the thought of eating an egg... never tried one, never will. I feel the same about milk. I have tried it, hated it and will never force myself to do that again
  • I have a Polar and absolutely love it! It is easy to use, has a chest strap and links with most gym equipment that has a heart rate monitor. It was one of the best investments that I did towards a healthy me! That...and a great pair of running shoes!
  • I have started to lift more weights and often am sore after I work out with a trainer. I use BCAA (Branched Chain Amino Acids) and the super soreness does seem to go away faster after taking that supplement. You can get them from most vitamin shops. I only use a half dose

  • I make a protein shake with Visalus or Herbalife protein, 8 oz water, 1/3 cup steel cut oats and 1 cup frozen blueberries chopped and all mixed up in a blender. Love it!
