I did and most of them don't use it for many of the reasons listed... lol... I use the mobile site more esp when I am away on the computer... but it does take some getting use to.

I have lost 22 lbs and it took me 4 months the last few months have been very slow hence the reason i haven't lost much recently... All I do is eat less and exercise, taking workout classes... And watch everything I eat

well i hop on the scale right when i wake up in the morning before i eat or drink anything everyday. but i dont count it until i weigh in on sundays/mondays, but if i lost weight during the week i will count it if its a significant amount.

Well I'm 5'1.5" and my ideal weight would be 140-135... I am gonna get there slowly but surely... :)

Well I quit sodas completely 3 months ago when I started changing my eating habits... I didn't really drink a lot of sodas like that and I did drink regular and diet, but when I cut them out there was no change or withdrawal symptoms...

I have to agree.. avoid them both if possible... If I need a drink, I will have 1 glass of wine that is it... but that doesn't happen to often... Its hard but you can do it.

Sometimes I do go for the 100 calorie snack because I look at it as 100 calories and that is all... I did change my diary to track sodium because I did notice that my sodium intake was thru the roof... :sad: Hopefully by changing that I can monitor my foods better.
