    I bought the Marshmallow dip :[ Me no likey but how is the dressings & BBQ?
    Walden Farms Bacon Ranch dressing, Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing, Marshmallow Dip, Garlic & Herb Pasta Sauce, Hickory Smoked BBQ Sauce, Strawberry, Caramel, and Pancake Syrups - These are some of my favorite 0 calorie items.

    I mixed the marshmallow dip with some pancake syrup and cinnamon to make a dip for sweet potato fries...it was delicious, tasted like sweet potato casserole. (to me)
    I like the BBQ sauce. I have a bottle of the Original flavor also, but haven't opened it yet.
    I also bought the mayo and hated it, but kept it in the fridge. Last week I mixed it with dill, Onion & Herb Mrs. Dash and black pepper. It was a great sauce for salmon patties that I made.

    -red hot = 0 calorie
    -mustard is very very low in calorie about 0 if i remember well
    -spice (most of the spice like pepper, oingnon powder and Mr DASH)
    -Water
    -Vinegar
    -Caper
    -Nutmeg
    -most of the vegetable are very low calorie under 50 calorie for 100 g

    I wish we had diet cherry coke in Canada... I do a happy dance when I'm in the states and see it on the shelf :-)

    talking rain, lime flavor is sooooooo good and no artificail sweeteners!

    Also, Mountain Stevia- a zero cal, no aspartame version of Mt. Dew. <3 it. but has sucralose, so I'm not 100% that it's "ok"
