Hello everyone! I'm hoping you can help me here with a little input. I'm probably looking at having a partial hysterectomy in December. Full incision type. My biggest concern is, my husband and I have a trip planned for June (six months out of surgery) to Alaska...that includes biking, hiking and kayaking. Do you think…

OK so I'm not a Shakeology "pusher"...but I'm not kidding it works when it comes to cravings. I don't know if it's because of the vitamins & protein it has or what. Since I've been drinking Shakeology once a day my cravings have been amazingly minimal. Just my two cents. :#

crazy awesome! how inspiring!

Yea I could never do an actual cheat DAY, especially when trying to lose weight. When I'm on maintenance then I allow a treat or two on the weekend. . . .not a cheat DAY!

I'm 5'0 and 37 years old. A year ago I was around 110 lbs and I felt great. (trying to get back there now..LOL)

Honestly, I just drink a nice cup of decaf tea and enjoy the thought that tomorrow I may be down a little on the scale because of it.

I was sticking to my calories and not losing weight the same as you. .. until I started eating clean. Lots of veggies and protein...and there it was! I've lost 9 lbs in a month!

I've been doing it for one week and it's amazing! I have lower back issues (bulged disc and surgery) with chronic pain. PiYo has not hurt my back at all, and I can tell will only improve it! It's a tough workout, don't get me wrong. It's just low low impact. I've been doing the eating plan that comes along with it as well.…

I've had back surgery... I had a huge bulging disc between L4 and L5. I had a discectomy where they trim the disc. I got GREAT relief from it and would recommend it to anyone. Even though it's scary to exercise when you have a back back....it's extremely important! I even did body pump and worked up to decently heavy…

People have said that to me too. It's ridiculous. You look amazing!

I have a B belly... even when I am at my goal weight, I can still see it! When I gain even 5 lbs, the top part of my B gets bigger. It's really frustrating. I'd rather have a D belly for sure.

thigh gap just means you're probably underweight.
-
I forgot to mention, I do BodyPump as well. I love it!
-
Yea, you can't lose in one specific spot. It's just not possible.
-
You're super cute and looking fantastic!! Way to go!

They are hard to lose and for me hard to keep off!! I've been up and down within the last 10 lbs since I hit my goal last year. it's a drag.

I have the same issue with belly fat. Even though I don't have a lot of pain associated, I am trying a gluten free diet. I am thinking I have a mild gluten allergy that causes swelling. we'll see! I'm only on day 3. :/

I eat Quinoa for breakfast every day! I make a bunch in the rice cooker at the beginning of the week. Every day I scoop out a little bit, add a splash of almond milk and nuke for 20 seconds. Then I add a packed of truvia and some cinnamon! Yum!! Perfect way to start off the day!

WOW fantastic!! Great job!

It happens to a lot of us. I was trying to simply do a 10k and ended up getting plantar fasciitis after only running about 5 miles regularly. Talk about wimpy! I've had that since last July and am still struggling with it. Who knows if I'll ever run again. There are other things we can do that will kick butt!

I just watched a video about a lady who holds the world record for this! EEE!

I'm tiny too..but it seems I will always have pudge on my belly no matter how small I am. You gotta remember, that you are made a certain way and that's the way it's supposed to be! You look fabulous!!! Take value in who you are and that you have worked hard to make a better you. Those fake, photoshopped models don't stand…
