BodyPump Chest Press Help!!!
For some reason when I do the chest presses, I simply cannot feel it in my chest. By the end, the front of my shoulders are in terrible pain though. Hypoglycemic Breakfast for camping! Ideas?
Hi!! I'm hypoglycemic, so I'm really sensitive to what I eat for breakfast. Really the only thing I've found that I can eat that doesn't send me into a crash, is eggs or quinoa.
