I Thought I would be happy as a 12 then when I got there I wasn't. I'm a pretty solid 8 especially in dresses and a medium in most shirts. I never thought I could imagine myself as a 6, but now that I have reached my goal...Maybe???

my mom had the vomiting issue with her band and yet had to have it removed. With RNY I have never had this issue. Wish I could give you some advice, I just don't know what the answer would be.

I have lost a significant amount of weight but even at 150 lbs Im a 34 DD. The Anita bra is my favorite! I also wore this when I was 304 lbs and a 44J! There was no bouncing, no moving!

I find the fluctuations fun! I can gain as much as 3 lbs. in a day. I really get a kick out of weighing myself right before and after a bowel movement. It actually keeps me sane. So I know that I am only fluctuating. I wont count a loss/gain unless it sticks throughout the day for 5 days or more.

This is not healthy or sustainable. Try eating the grapes instead of the juice, you'll get more satisfaction that way. Drink water. Soup is fine, but long term you might find your diet to be boring which means you won't stick to it. Also, at the end of 30 or 60 days, what will you eat? If you'll go back to what you have…

Don't worry about stalls. I stall every month! lol. I loose nothing for 3 weeks then about 3-4 days before TOM I drop a few pounds and during the first 3-4 days of TOM I tend to continue to loose, then nothing!!!! for weeks!
