Eating 1 year post-op and no dumping
So I am one year post op and doing well!! I am concerned about the amount I can eat now. 1 cup + in one sitting... This has been really noticeable in the last 3 months or so. I also do not dump!! at all. I have lost 140 lbs so far and have 13 more to go. Please tell me about you!!

Exercise or not Exercise??
Ok, so I try to be pretty honest with my exercise. I'm not trying to fool myself. But I wonder should you log "Cleaning" as exercise. What makes you vomit post WLS
Since having WLS I have wanted eggs. I have tried 4 times and vomited within only a few bites. I have no idea why. Do you have things that you are unable to eat post-op? BTW I am 6 1/2 months post-op.
