I did fix my diet by a long run , I don't eat fried foods , I eat brown carbs , salads , stopped eating processed sugary foods like cakes and chocolate bars . a typical meal for me is grilled protein with green sallad. Could be my portions , or my eating hours . I don't know .

when I got splints I did the following. 1) took a 48 hour break from jogging 2) at the beginning of the 3rd day I bought a new pair of running shoes 3) Started stretching before doing cardio.

Hello , I just registered today , I'm 23 years old I'm from Cyprus . I want to lose 80 lbs to get to my ideal weight , I've started doing interval cardio 3-4 times a week since the 1st of January , I want to up the ante starting tomorrow , I want to do it 5-6 times a week.
