  • The smirnoff ice light coolers only have 100 calories...I usually opt for them... Also you could .. Just take a water bottle , drink a bit of it then add your vodka and crystal light of choice..It tastes good.. :)

  • I have always logged my foods.. I find it sometimes helps to plan the next day..I input what I think im going to have or plan on having..I can always change it if I vary from it... It may help with keeping track..:happy:
  • Maybe try tracking you snacks or meals ahead of time.. I do this especially if I know I'm going to eat out or know I'm going to eat more at one meal than at the others.. WHen you see how many calories everything is ahead of time if there's something you really want you can add it in and work around it..
