1 bottle coconut rum 1/2 bottle peach schnapps 1 bottle peach wine (the cheap stuff) 1/4 bottle gingerale 1/2 - 3/4 can pineapple juice soak pineapple in the coconut rum over night for a punch you can make this less sweet by using champagne instead of gingerale and peach wine

I started this in March 2011 at 215 lbs wanting to get down to 150. September 2011 I was down to 170 November 2011 back up to 181 but currently back to 178 Can't figure out how to post pics to these yest...any help?
