Hi! I'm new and I'd like in. I've been using MFP for almost three weeks and I'm doing pretty well, but it's been getting harder. I think I need more accountability. This morning, for example I've had a very large breakfast and part of me just wants to say well then, forget it for today, EAT ALL YOU WANT and try again tomorrow. BAD idea.
I'm also looking for friends if anyone wants to add me!
