I average a gallon to a gallon and a half but drink as much as 2 gallons on training days

4 multi grain pancakes, 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg. Pow!

There is nothing wrong with consuming a lot of fruit. The benefits outweigh the negatives. Fruit is a excellent source of fiber, better than nuts. One of the benefits of fiber is that it's a thermogenic so it will aide you in burning off the sugar. The sugar intake is slowed down by the fruit itself so it's not the same as…

Sounds like you used up a significant amount of your body's sugar. Try consuming quality carbs before your workout and some fruit afterwards.

Columbia Heights has Sticky Fingers which is a vegan spot and the Heights restaurant which has a healthy menu.

Is the power rack considered the squat rack?

Garmin make a triathlon watch specifically for that purpose. I believe it's the 900xt.

When increasing protein in your diet increase fiber. Try to eat balanced, meaning consume protein, carbs and fats together. Most protein sources contain no significant fiber. Fiber is also a thermogenic so consuming alot of it won't hurt.

I think this a a trick question

It's not that complicated. Two bananas 30 minutes before a workout will get you through.

My before picture which I don't share with anyone.

The short answer is yes but for a period of time like Anvilhead has said. You will get the warning signs like extreme light headedness after a set. That's why power lifters look fat. Well are fat. LOL. At some point you will have to adjust your diet for lifting. On leg day and dead lift day I always eat a big breakfast so…

I used to have that problem too, I now spread my water intake out through the day. No more than 3/4 to 1 liter per hour unless I'm working out.

I used to hate running. Today I still hate running. If you are like me you probably don't like the pressure of a structured run. Like running 3 miles per day like some do. That's fine. Make running an enjoyable experience by mixing it up. Some days just run for ten minutes, other days run longer. Just do whatever you feel.…

Google this online, I had the same question and found a formula. You subtract 20 percent of the actual value because you take out the fiber. I forget the details but the information is available.

That's an ignorant thing to say. If it were that simple then people wouldn't be fat in the first place. A 12 inch sub from Subway can easily contain 1/2 your RDA of sodium. Most people don't know that. So at the end of the day you can consume double your RDA without knowing. Of course that's only for those who care about…

Doesn't make sense to neat there. By the time you get the low calorie option you pay the same as you would if you got all the fixings. Not to mention the sodium level is ridiculously high. Nothing wrong with eating there but it's not a healthy option. I consider it a cheat.

Jacobs ladder burns the most followed by stairmaster. Then treadmill followed by elliptical.

I have the Reebok and I like them. I wanted and still want the Nike Romaleos but can't find them at the moment. The Reebok won't disappoint.

Juicing is the fastest way to get nutrients and minerals into your body short of a IV. I juice regularly after a cardio session and if I don't do cardio that day then I start the day with a juice. My regular is a hand full of spinach, 2 apples, a kiwi, 6 leaves of kale, ginger, and lemon. Once you use it you will develop…

A whole lemon and a piece of ginger make all juices taste good.
