Do you think implementing strength training about twice a week would be good or should I do it everyday?

I only weigh myself once a week. Typically Friday or Saturday FIRST thing in morning. I usually go to the bathroom beforehand and I always do it naked lol. I don't know why I feel like that matters, but I just want it to be accurate.:laugh:

we are roughly in the same boat! I've lost 15 pounds this past month and I feel great! Now losing 30 more pounds does not seem as intimidating (although I know it is), but i feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Yes you can! I have lost 15 pounds the last 30 days by simply watching what i eat (this includes carbs!!!), not going over my daily calorie goal, and working out 5 days a week!

I get up M-F to work out 5-5:30ish. Drinking cold water helps me in the morning! However, there are days where my body tells me no, therefore, i make myself go as soon as I get off work! As much as it hurts doing them, i love PLANKING! My advice on that, is to turn over your timer and try to focus on something so you don't think about the working out part lol
