That pretty much says it all.:frown:

Yes, yes, yes and ...oh yeah YES!

I, too, have regained much of my lost weight back. Had my surgery in 03 weighing in at 297. Got down to 140 and proceeded to go back up to 223. It really, really sucks. I've lost a bit over 7 pounds and hope to get to 150 eventually. I haven't had any bad side effects like so many of you. I should be grateful. My husband…

I've never tried Nutella after scanning the list of ingredients but your recipe sounds good. How much is a serving?

I just want to give you a hug. Were you heavy when you got married? Your husband might be threatened by the thought of you losing weight. As you do, he probably will slowly change his mind when he notices how hot you are starting to look. I wouldn't keep confronting him concerning looking at other woman. Men do that. It…

Are you getting enough fat? I used to want to eat all the time until I started eating lchf. Since starting lchf I never feel the need to just eat and eat. Getting off the sugar and grains really makes a big difference in my appetite. Although I'm losing very slowly, only 7 pounds since Jan.26th, I don't feel deprived and…

Asparagus is wonderful I don't know where you live but if you have a Fareway close it's on sale right now for either $1.49 or $.99 a pound. I have 2 stores both 15 miles away and both are different sale prices. I buy it as often as I can afford but this is the absolute cheapest I have ever seen it. It's usually around…

I'm in Iowa and we have had a long, cold, snowy winter also. I cannot WAIT for spring. I'm planning on showing spring my love by being outside every day possible. Next year my husband will be retired almost one year. Maybe we won't spend the :drinker:  winter in Iowa.

My mouth is watering. I need to try both of these! Thanks for posting.

I, too, had the same problem with tiredness after eating. I also had bloodwork that came back just fine. One of the unexpected (for me) perks of doing lowcarb/highfat was the sleepiness I always experienced after eating completely disappeared. Don't know the science behind it but I surely don't care. It works.

Had it...it was all good. Thanks for the reply.

And WHY do you want to clench it in the first place? Do both females and males need their livers clenched? I may be missing something important.

I think you have to read posts. When I joined (Jan) I looked and looked and found nothing. It sure would be a lot more convenient if we could find the recipes in some kind of order.

I noticed that when got off the sugar and flour I don't binge. It's very hrd the first few days but it really works. Good luck to you.

I'm sure the rice cooker will work fine. When I make homemade granola for my husband I add it to the mixture(a handful or two, just whatever) and bake it in. It goes great. I eat low carb so I don't eat it much at all but he loves it.

Thanks, I think I'm gonna "decide" the TBS of coconut oil wont affect it and go from there.

You could always purchase a box of powdered milk to mix in with what you choose. Good luck.

 Awesome!! That has to be so encouraging for you.

Hi, I'm ancient compared to you (67). I walk on my treadmill unfaithfully but with good intentions and do an exercise cd by Denise Austin just as unfaithfully. Getting myself to exercise is my biggest challenge. We used to do line dancing and I loved it so that's why I chose the Denise Austin cd. We live in a small town of…

I lost a lot of weight about 4 years ago. I felt so much better when I was normal weight. After losing the weight I went back to the same old eating habits and gained back 60 pounds. Finally, I "get it". My husband is retiring at the end of April and we are planning on walking daily, hunting mushrooms, hunting asparagus,…

What an *kitten*. Total butt!

Shemar (sp) Moore on Criminal Minds. He is SO sexy. :blushing:

Thanks, everyone. I'm sure happy to get rid of all the gas.

I'm 67 and started almost 2 weeks ago. Love it!! This is the first "diet" I have been on that I haven't felt like I was starving. Since I'm doing this the rest of my life I don't care how long it takes if the scale keeps going in the right direction.

I'm new to this also. I wasn't even sure there was such a thing as sugar addiction until I gave up the carbs. Now I KNOW there is and I also know if I give in and have bread or sugar I will continue to. I think of it like being a former smoker (which I am). I don't want a cigarette in the least right now. It's been 17…

I currently have the best job in the world(according to me). I work for an organization called SIP KIDS. The gals in the office contact auto dealerships all over the US. For a fee, they set up a kids safety fair. There are folks from the local humaine society teaching animal safety, a martial arts club with interaction for…

My daughter, a single mom had a client who encouraged her several times to try Plenty o Fish. She finally put in all her info and entered it. The next morning she got a match. After finding out who it was she burst out laughing. Out of all the people in Iowa, it was her own brother. We retell this story about once a year…

Walking 30 minutes on my treadmill. I've been having trouble staying on for more than 15. Not that I was tired from it...just didn't want to do it. I'm more motivated now.

Hi, I've been doing Keto for one whole week now and have lost 5 pounds. I'm not on FB either...just don't want to have to explain it. I'm happy to have found this site. Had a gastric bypass, lost 160 pounds and over 8 years gained back 70. It's so depressing but I'm motivated once again.
