  • I've been on low carb for about 7 months now and have lost about 36lbs. I like it a lot. I really don't see it as a diet but more of a lifestyle. I cut out breads and pastas. I'd stick to low carb. Never heard of that other program.
  • Well my diet isn't carb free. Just lower than what I was normally eating which could be upward to 100+ a day which would be a whole lot carbs turned into fat. The carbs I consume now mainly come from vegetables. I pretty much put/tried to put my body into ketosis and it seemed to work but now has come to a halt.
  • I hope its not off. I'm staying away from as many carbs as possible. No breads or pastas or things like that. Pretty much the same thing that has gotten me to drop 36 lbs in the first place but I just seem to have stopped losing.
  • Ya not a good idea at all but has really been a last resort thing to put some kind of food in me. Just stuck away from the bread/bun and the fries. And the flab is odd. I figured that since I lost 36 lbs it wouldn't be as noticeable.
  • Ya I really regret not doing it sooner. I was just scared of gaining weight. Was mainly doing cardio but now try to keep it to 3 times a week rather than everyday.
