WTG! You are awesome to stick with P90...I couldn't do it, it was hard for me and I did not enjoy it. I am more of a dance exercise person. So I praise you for sticking with it girl!!! Good luck on your journey :smile:

Weighed in this morning (had weigh in @ work for my challenge there) and I have lost 1.6lbs! Weighed in @ 158.2! Not sure that I will make my goal of 160 by June 8th but I'm getting close. So proud of myself! I hope all of you are doing well also and are reaching your bikini body goal! :love:

Happy Friday! I switched to weigh in on Friday this week -- 159.4 :smooched: I'm getting there...slowly but surely LOL! I have went to Zumba class twice now (once a week). I love it! However, Thursday night I rubbed a huge blister on the bottom of my foot :frown: so I'd like to ask "are there any shoes that are best to wear for this class?" I wore my regular Rebok tennis shoes that I wear when I run/walk and I've never had problems with…

Hi! I have found that is a hard thing to overcome. I make sure I eat a low calorie breakfast, limit myself to two 100 calorie snacks and eat a salad (without all the extras) and tuna for lunch then a sensible dinner. Anytime I feel the hunger urge coming on I take a big drink of ice cold water. Good luck!
