I use regular sugar for some things, Splenda for my coffee and I have started using Truvia on things.

I do this creamy ricotta with cinnamon (SouthBeach): 1/2 ricotta 1/8 tsp cinnamon & vanilla extract 1 sweetener packet Warm in microwave for about. 45 seconds. Stir and enjoy. Its in the data base and is like 146 calories. To me its close to eating cream of wheat

I am with you. When I know that I'm going to have a "bad" day coming up I will bank up by eatting less and doing more exercise. I get to eat what I want and be "just like everyone else" I personally don't bing this way! :)

Agree - make sure that you are getting correct portions. Increase your water as well - if you are not taking in enough water your body will hold the water it has and it will show as weight - you should drink at least 8-9 glasses of water a day. 21 pounds since January 13, 2014 - 43 to go! I have changed when and how much I eat and I do some sort of exercise daily for around an hour. :) Works out to be around 3.5 - 4 miles a day. :)

Hey there! Do not think that you are the only one who feels this way. I do all of my exercise at home because I do not want people to watch me. I started with yoga so I could start my journey slow and easy, I walk lots! You can do this! We have your back!
