Good breakfasts for weight loss

Hi!
I usually have my desk on a morning when I get into work. Obviously I can't make anything that takes too long to fix up but I need some ideas what I could eat thats probably low in sugar and going to help me lose weight!

At the moment I'm just eating cereal because its quick and easy, I need something nutritious!

    I hate eggs, so I wouldn't personally do this, but one of my co-workers cracks some eggs in a muffin tin, adds peppers, ham, (whatever else she likes) and bakes them. She then stores them in the fridge, grabs one before she comes to work and pops it in the microwave for a healthy quick breakfast.

    Hi,
    I've been having a variety of fruit Greek Yogurts with a tablespoon of chia seeds, and 2 tablespoons of slivered almonds.
    It has a lot of protein and fills me up until lunch time about 4 hours later.
    It has a ton of protein to start the day,.no.cooking required =), and it's nice to have a variety of flavors everyday. I usually get any greek yogurt that's on sale. Chobani was cheap this week so i stocked up and they have amazing yummy flavors: mango, pineapple, coconut, passion fruit. I also usually have a cup of green tea as well.

    I take a slice of turkey, slice of cheese and a boiled egg. High protein and good fats.

    I also recommend the yoghurt/berries/granola option.

    Sometimes I take a pear because I don't particularly like them and it takes me ages to eat!

    Eating at a calorie deficit will make you lose weight. No specific food or meal will. Find something you like to eat that fill you up within your calorie goals. There's nothing wrong with cereal sometimes I have it on occasion and as you see it's not effected my weightloss. I am though a big fan of porridge or Soya Yoghurt with fresh fruit.

    Eating in a caloric deficit is what will make you lose weight.

    You can eat the healthiest of healthy foods and eat too much of them, and still gain weight.

    There are no foods that will 'burn fat'.

    I do this creamy ricotta with cinnamon (SouthBeach):
    1/2 ricotta
    1/8 tsp cinnamon & vanilla extract
    1 sweetener packet

    Warm in microwave for about. 45 seconds. Stir and enjoy. Its in the data base and is like 146 calories. To me its close to eating cream of wheat
