Hi. My name is Melissa and I have been using myfitnesspal since last week. I find this to be a great tool to help me with weight loss. So far I am down 4 lbs. I have MS and I am also really out of shape so my exercise is not what it could be. I have balance issues and riding my recumbant bike and walking are the best exercise for me.

I'm glad to have found this Community section. I need to lose 65 more pounds to reach my goal. Would love to have friends to support each other.

    Hi,

    indeed, this site is amazing and can be a great tool if utilized diligently. Feel free to add me too. I have over 60 lbs to lose and do this at the moment with staying at a calorie deficit and walking when I have time/mood.
