  • Don't get discouraged! You are gaining muscle. I had the same issue! I gained about 6 lbs the first 6 weeks and I was ready to quit, but then I started burning the fat and could see the results. Don't give up! You will get there if you stay with the program. I did add some other cardio 3x's a week and some strength…
  • Last Chance Workout? Is that the name of it? Is it under the BL website? I'd like to try it.
  • Level 3 is as hard as you want it to be. I still sometimes do the modified version. Especially with the plyometrics...WHEW!!!! That's a tough workout! Does anyone know how many calories you burn doing the workouts? I keep logging about 157, but I'm not sure how accurate that is.

  • I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (I'm on the 90 day plan) every morning, I alternate workouts 1 2 and 3. So now I'll try the Kon-jac root and see if that'll help get rid of…
  • I'm planning on starting Kon-jac root fiber. I saw it on Dr. Oz. It's an all natural fiber, and basically fills you up, so you don't over eat. Pretty reasonably priced too. I just ordered it yesterday, so I'll let you know how it works. I need a kick start.
  • lol...tell that to my grandchildren! Thank you, you're a sweetheart.

  • I am 10 lbs from happy and 15 from ecstatic! I too have seemed to hit a plateau.
  • I've been doing the 30 ds since March...lol. I completed the 30 days, but still had more to lose. I've been alternating level 1, 2 and 3 doing it 5-6 days a week. For me it got a little easier, but those workouts still kick my butt! I'd like to try something different now, but I'm not sure what. Any ideas?
  • I know how you feel. I beat myself if I don't go to the gym or do a workout, but sometimes I am soooo tired and lose the movtivation. I don't even have small children at home... My only excuse is that I'm old...
