Thanks for all your advices. Now with the extra snack, I overate by 1400 calories. Going to do better tomorrow.

A lot of shows. Doctor Who, The Vampire Diaries, How I met your mother, the walking dead, supernatural, Skins, the Fosters, Teen Wolf... Lol I watch all of them everyday.

I eat a very good amount of good fats. I eat fiber , protein and drink water a lot. I have a bottomless stomach...

I am not trying lose, at least wasn't. My calorie goal is 2000 a day.But I AM going to try to get rid of the extra pounds I gained.

I do that with a whole egg, a large banana , cinnamon( cocoa powder if I'm in the mood), but without the other stuff. Nut butter/coconut nectar/ honey topping with fresh berries. My favorite breakfast. Oh and, cook it in coconut oil. It is soo yimmy that way.

Lol this is me most of the time. But I try to stop, and I think I manage to convince myself that I don't need anymore after one point.

Nuts and seeds, nut butters, pork/beef, cheese or any full fat dairy, add a little olive oil or butter to food that you cook. Believe me, it is very easy to have more calories:

A cup of yogurt(I prefer greek yogurt made with whole milk), half a cup of berries, a sliced banana and 1/4 cup of nuts. It is soo yummy❤️ You can also use granola, but it is a sugary and a high calorie food, if this is a problem for you.
