You look great! What a difference in your abs in such a short time!

I'm boring but I usually have Kashi Go Lean Crisp Berry Crumble for breakfast with skim milk, keeps me pretty full until lunch. I sometimes have Cinnamon Burst Cheerios or Fiber One cereal too.

Yes, I eat back most of my exercise calories. If I can I try and leave 100-200 left at the end of the day because I think the site over estimates your calorie burn and I'm trying to play it safe.

I meal plan every week, and stick to only what I need. Then a lot less is wasted. I also shop at Aldi for a lot of basics like milk, eggs, cheese, chicken breasts, hummus, frozen veggies, and they have a lot of good produce. I also try and find coupons for what I actually eat and use them. I also buy the store brand if…

My fiance and I would regularly order a larger or extra large pizza and polish off the whole thing in 1 sitting. I also ate an entire box of Velveeta Shells and Cheese while I was pregnant.

I'm 5'2" and my goal weight is 115-120. I started at around 140 and I'm currently 125. My original goal weight was 125 which I thought I'd never be able to do, but now that I am here I would like to lose a little more and keep toning.

I exercised 4-5 days a week for 3 months and only lost 5 lbs, because I wasn't tracking what I was eating. When I started MFP in addition to exercise I lost another 7-8 lbs in a few months. So my eating definitely was the main factor in losing weight, but I'm glad I had a good exercise program going because now the…

I am usually pretty strict during the week and try to stay under my calories. During the weekend if we have a lot going on and I know I'm going to go over I don't bother tracking and just try to get some exercise in that day. Then on Monday I'm back to being strict again. I think you need to allow yourself days to eat what…

I usually have Kashi cereal with skim milk for breakfast. Sometimes Cinnamon Burst Cheerios or Fiber One. For lunch I usually make a turkey wrap, Progresso Light soup, turkey sandwich on Healthy Life bread, or leftovers. For dinner I make what I always have, but just stick to one portion and try to eat a lot of veggies.…

I have a lot of her videos and I just rotate through them because I get bored doing the same one over and over again. I try to do 6w6p 1-2x a week and have seen a little bit of a difference in my abs.

I don't follow a specific meal plan, now that I've been tracking I have an idea of how many calories most of the food I eat has. I've slowly made changes to my diet like skim milk, light ranch, light syrup, Healthy Life bread, etc. and subsitututed as many lower calorie things as I can to get the most bang for my buck. For…

Hard boiled egg, string cheese, wheat thins and hummus, Kashi TLC granola bar... these are all my go to snacks.

Kashi Go Lean Crisp Berry Crumble is delicious and keeps me full. I also like Cinnamon Burst Cheerios but they don't keep me as full.

I log all of the JM's workout DVDs as circuit training.

I hear ya, it is hard to eat good when you have cookouts/parties all summer! I'd recommend bringing a healthier dish to pass when you go to these events so that you know there will be something there that you like. I love the Creamy Grape Dessert from the SkinnyTaste website and plan on bringing that everywhere this…

I plan a week's worth of meals every week. I look through my freezer/pantry and try to make things that I have at least half of the ingredients on hand if possible. I've also made a list of meals that we like and eat regularly, so I usually picks a few things from that list, and then I try to pick a few new meals to try…

I weigh myself in the morning after I've gone to the bathroom and I'm naked. That's that lowest weight you should see all day.

I think they are both really effective, if you do a combination of both of them. BFBM is harder for me since it is longer and its all cardio, no weights. I like the 30DS though since it incorporates weights. Why not switch back and forth between them? That's what I do with all of my JM's videos and I love it!
-
I have had the 30DS for over a year and it is part of my regular workout routine. I have about 7 Jillian Michaels DVDs and rotate through them. It is a 20 minute workout and when you start out it is HARD if you aren't in great shape. I had to stop all the time. Now I can do them straight through no problem. It does feel…

I usually put in what I'm planning on making for dinner during the morning, since that's usually our largest meal. I eat a lot of the same things for lunch and breakfast, so then I have an idea on how many calories I have for snacks. If I know we are having a big dinner then I know I have to get a workout in.

Some of my faves are: hard boiled eggs (65 cals), light string cheese (60 cal), cottage cheese (80 cal and tons of protein), Kashi TLC Almond Mocha granola bars (130 cals and really filling plus give you that chocolate fix), 100 calorie bags of popcorn (you feel like you are eating a ton), Dannon Greek Vanilla Yogurt…

I also have the 6 Week 6 Pack DVD and I like it a lot. There is a level 1 and 2 and each are about 30 minutes. She does a huge variety of ab moves, many of which I've never seen before. She does a lot of plank moves and standing ab moves. She also incorporates cardio blasts to keep your heartrate up. I'm planning on doing…

Some of the things I normally eat are: Kashi Go Lean Crisp Berry Crumble cereal Cinnamon Burst Cheerios Progresso Light Soups Cottage Cheese Turkey wrap made with flatout wrap, romaine, mozzarella, and light ranch Reduced Fat Wheat Thins and Hummus Apple and peanut butter Skinny Cow Ice Cream String Cheese

Portillos italian beef with mozzarella and cheese fries. Once I found out the cheese fries alone had almost 1500 calories for a small I almost fainted! I also love pizza and mac and cheese. Basically anything with cheese! My fave healthy meal is a turkey wrap on a whole grain flatbread with romaine, mozzarella, turkey, and…

The pair of jeans I love right now are the LC brand from Kohls. I also like jeans from Express, Maurices (their own line: they have short and long and are only $30), Old Navy, and Guess.

I started working out 4-5x a week in February and have lost about 10 lbs since them. I'm 5'2" and 130lbs right now. I'd like to be 120-125. I have a bunch of Jillian Michaels workout DVDs and I just rotate through them, switching back and forth between the ones that have weights and the ones that are mainly cardio. I also…
