My current focus is to lose a bit of weight in a healthy way for my wedding in 3 months! Longer term I hope that this will lead to a healthier and happier lifestyle…

  • it makes me feel a million times better that i'm not the only who eats it straight out of the jar. spoon, knife, finger. it makes no difference.
  • bump to read again later :)
  • I'm always up at 5.45am for running on weekdays, in bed by 10.30pm / 11pm at the very latest. On weekends I try to have a lie in but my body seems to think that 7am is late enough, so I'm usually up and about then otherwise I just feel lazy! Bed time varies, but to be honest I struggle to stay awake past midnight most…
  • just try and make yourself =D yup, it sucks getting out of bed that early but as others have said, once you're up, thats the hard part done! i have a friend who i go running with in the mornings and knowing that i have to meet her at 6am and she doesn't have her phone so i can't cancel makes sure i definitely do it! i…
  • Ps, i haven't been well these last 2 weeks so there hasn't been an awful lot of running in my diary over that period, but i do run most days, promise! lol =]
  • Hiii =] i'm from the uk and joined mainly to lose weight, but also to track my exercise. i find it really motivating! big on the running, am training for the berlin marathon at the moment (my second, i did paris last year) and am trying to get back in to my swimming - i would love to do a duathlon at some point in the…
  • OMG, Yoo Moo is my new favourite thing! The chocolate one is definitely my fave, although a big tub of plain is only £2 in Asda at the moment... 150ml of the chocolate flavour is only 151cals. Perfect after dinner treat!! I think my friend gets it from Waitrose too.
  • Some smooshed up raspberries mixed with fat free plain yoghurt and agave nectar =]
  • Thanks :) I'm not asking medical advice, i'm simply asking if any exercise is likely to take down the scar tissue (i'm not overly knowledgeable on what will and won't affect stuff like that) and wondered if anyone on here had perhaps had a similar experience or any knowledge on the subject is all. the bump is where the…
  • oh no, don't get discouraged! i will add you if you want to be my friend on here - i'm by no means perfect in my journey, but i'm supportive and always appreciate having others around me that are also supportive! I think the friends aspect on here makes things so much more achievable than doing, say, weight watchers
  • Enjoy it! I start level 3 tomorrow and have loved it so far! If you stick at it and push through you'll amaze yourself how much your strength builds. Definitely have water close to hand! And you need hand weights and a mat like other people here have said. If you find its a bit tough on your knees don't push through, drop…
  • I'm 28 and 5'7. Currently 154, hoping to get down to 130 (or thereabouts...i'm gonna stop when i look 'right' as i'm not sure if 130 is too little for my build... we shall see i hope!). SW was 162. Anyone have similar stats or goals?
  • I ordered the 30DS today and am really excited to get started, I've read so many good things! I don't have too many friends on here yet, so if anyone wants to add me, we can help each other along and do this together! =D
