I finally hit my first day of 10,000 steps yesterday. :) Yay. Working behind a desk for 9 hrs a day that is NOT an easy task to accomplish.

absolutely the most amazing transformation I have seen here yet. You are a wonderful inspiration and proof that with dedication and hard work you can do anything you set your mind to. Thanks for sharing this post.

Awesome Job...you are looking fabulous.

I agree completely, Everyone is here or should be here for one goal, to get healthy so you go girl. YOU CAN DO THIS...There are many "friends" you can find here to encourage and not discourage you along the way. I also happen to agree with Nothing tastes better than skinny feels! Add me if you like, I'm faithful logging in…

I am also on a 1200cal/day lifestyle. I seem to eat constantly, just so I can actually eat all my calories otherwise it "fusses" at me for eating too few a day. I do workout daily and I'm using a Fit-bit now, which I love. I rarely am able to eat back my exercise calories, basically I am not going to eat up until midnight…

ok I'm in. I need the accountability. I'm gonna try 10,000 steps aside from my regular daily workout, beginning today April 8th.

The best thing you can do is enter some of your recipes that you fix often. Only you know what goes in them. That way whenever you fix that meal you just have to click on my recipes and add. It will take a little time at first but after the first time you will be done forever.

You can add me, I am here daily.. several times throughout. Would love to have new friends. :)

WHY OH WHY...can't we get a LIKE button here on MFP. I agree with this entire post wholeheartedly. I work at our college so yes I do spend time in the weight room. Why shouldn't I, it's a free perk of being an employee. I see this here all the time and I too hate group #2. I have an office job and I'm required to dress up…

Oh Thank you, I did not know it could be found under cardio. That would help.

North Carolina mountains, I could probably use some friends to keep moral up too so add me if you'd like. SW: 228, CW: 209, GW: 178 (for now, but would love to see 160 again)

You look fabulous and I must say you also look like a teenager now, not 25. This gives me inspiration to keep on going. Thanks for the post.

I couldn't agree with you more. You just keep jogging and don't let a crazy computerized world tell you that you are not.

Well if you consider that it takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose 1 lb/wk. You would have to have a 500 calorie deficit each day of the week, (500 x 7=3500). If you still have more than 500 calories to your goal at least eat up to that point so you can stay healthy.

I agree with most everyone, losing the fiber and valuable nutrients from the pulp is not good. Juicing ONLY is definitely NOT GOOD. You will eventually have to go back to eating normally which will greatly shock your whole system. Nutri Bullet is definitely the way to go if you like juicing. This way you can get all the…

That's so amazing. You don't even look like the same person. I want that same effect so I'm working very hard. Just signed up Feb 1st. Thanks for your inspiration. Keep up the good work.
