You know what gets me is the fact that 4.5mph isn't considered running. Sure as hell feels like I'm running, lbvs. Its still considered walking when I'm clearly jogging at 4.5. I like to keep it at 4.5mph though so that I can jog the whole mile stretch comfortably.

I couldn't agree with you more. You just keep jogging and don't let a crazy computerized world tell you that you are not.0

If both feet are off the ground you're running, if one foot is constantly in contact with the ground you're walking - speed has noting to do with it.....0
