I used to weigh 46 before I put on a bit of weight. I don't want to be stick thin or anything, I just want to lose this flabby feeling as right now I am carrying extra weight. Thanks for the concern though guys xx

It really varies, most days I either eat 1000-1200 with no workout, or I'll eat about 1500-1600 with a big workout to compensate the energy. Its annoying as Ive almost cut out all junk food and chocolate, I'll maybe indulge once a week with a candy bar.. But I still dont seem to be losing weight. Ive been stuck at 33" hips…

I decided to start a diet and exercise regime when I went up to 9 stone (from being 7.5) I would weigh myself every week and be horrified bc some weeks it seemed like i was actually putting on weight, as the scales would show. when I had cut my calories to under 1200. If you keep at it you will see that it workd itself out…
