    I go with the simplest, b/c I think that sends the point home the best, you know? The fact that it really IS just that simple answer. Uh, duh. You know? "I ate less, and exercised more." sometimes with a bit of a "duh" look on my face, b/c seriously, duh. LOL I always wonder what people want to hear?

    I tried just saying 'I ate less' but everyone just kept adding 'And moved more' or 'but healthier', neither of which was true. Now I say 'I used an app' and no one wants to believe that either.... Ah well...
